The Northern Virginia
(previously Stonewall Jackson) Chapter is proud to offer many
educational offerings for the year 2012. Please visit the
calendar. These offerings are open to anyone and are all
typically approved for appraisal continuing education in the
Commonwealth of Virginia(you can verify easily by either contacting
the Appraisal Board or visiting The Appraisal
Institute).
The Appraisal Institute
is a global membership association of professional real estate
appraisers, with nearly 24,000 members and 91 chapters throughout
the world. Organized in 1932, its mission is to support and advance
its members as the choice for real estate solutions and uphold
professional credentials, standards of professional practice and
ethics consistent with the public good. The Appraisal Institute
